Why can’t I make a prescription for multiple parts of the body?
We recognize that musculoskeletal issues may affect multiple areas of the body. The Phyx app currently allows you to slect only body part at a time in order to generate a prescription. This is because each body part needs to have it’s own pain, strength, and mobility rating so that you can track how each part of the body is changing.
If you’d like to treat more than one area of the body, simply create a new prescription for the affected region. There is no limit to the amount of prescriptions you can create. With your ongoing support, future versions of Phyx may have the capability to prescribe for multiple regions at the saem time, while still tracking the progress of each part individually.
Why cant’t I proceed after selecting a body part?
If you have selected a body part on the model but can’t find a way to proceed, your screen size may be too small to display the ‘Continue’ button.
iPhones with a 4 inch screen will not be able to display the button to proceed. If you are experiencing this issue, we would love to help you with a workaround. Contact us, and we will generate your prescription for you. Once you bypass body part selection, the rest of the app should function as intended. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
